How to prepare files

The joboptions are a predefined setting that allows to generate PDF ready for exporting to Printbee directly from suite Adobe software.

Download the model from Download Template and upload in your project programm as indicated in screenshot so as to have at your disposal Printbee's exporting profile among the default ones of your computer.

(attention please: Not all the products have a template, because of your complexity, or for other reasons that make the template unusable, but that will be reported once you click : instructions and template. For any doubt call support: +39 049 8991533 tecnico@printbee.it)

1. From InDesign File Menu is possible to define the importing of new profile

2. You will get allowed to upload your file "joboptions"  downloaded from the web portal

3. Once set you profile you will be able to find among the exporting predefined of your software

4. but attention, the yellow triangle with exclamation point indicates that some components of file do not correspond to our specifications

 PRINTBEE EXPORTATION SETTING

PDF (PDF/X-3:2002 version 1.3)

JPEG (use size standard JPEG in maximum quality and Baseline Standard. NO VERSION JPEG2000)

TIFF (unique bottom level, no  Alpha Canals, no cutting lines)

EPS

ACCEPTED EXPORTATION FILES

Incorporate in PDF (option fonts including) and all the fonts have to be converted into lines.
Please avoid writings in minor 6 pt type

FONTS (characters)

Colors: CMYK (minimum resolution 300dpi)*
Black and white:GREY SCALE (minimum resolution 300dpi)
*option for pantone only on offset printing

Attention: 
For texts in black in overprinting: C:0, M:0, Y:0, K:100.
Dot reproduction trasparency, shades and shadows.

 COLOR AREA IMAGES

Trimming: 5 mm each side

folding marks: Insert folding marks adding 3 mm from the finished size
Not insert color control banners

Cover file separated from the inside text

Cover
One PDF composed by 2 pages, with trimming and cutting marks
Page 1 containing 1° cover and 4° cover + spine. 
Page 2 containing 2° cover 3° cover + spine.
